These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RVCostTracker mobile application and website at ExpenseRV.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Clear Echo Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using RVCostTracker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use RVCostTracker. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
4. Use of the Service

RVCostTracker is provided for personal, non-commercial expense tracking related to recreational vehicles and associated vehicles. You may use the Service to log expenses, generate reports, and manage your RV-related financial data.
4.2 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
- Distribute, sublicense, or resell any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
5. Premium Subscriptions
RVCostTracker offers optional premium subscription plans that unlock additional features. By subscribing:
- You agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms
- Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
6. User Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you input into RVCostTracker (e.g., expense records, vehicle details). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate data input.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, graphics, logos, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the property of Clear Echo Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
The "RVCostTracker" name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of Clear Echo Labs.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected
RVCostTracker is a tracking and budgeting tool and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEAR ECHO LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Echo Labs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification)
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the app.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Echo Labs regarding the use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
